David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to jointheir their team in Barcelona.
Role: Content Moderator
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: full time or part time (weekend shifts).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standardsInvestigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behaviorIdentify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data securityProvide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvementTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.REQUIREMENTS Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenshipStrong affinity with back-office operations and content moderationComputer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentWillingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends.
