We are looking for a User Experience Expert with a strong background in both UX Design, UX Research, and/or Service Design. You are responsible for creating, leading and implementing the UX strategy for large complex solutions, or across many interrelated solutions to ensure we are providing a functional, usable, and enjoyable experience for users that will achieve the desired business outcomes.The Opportunity:Provide guidance in user needs-based design, design research, design thinking, and service design to senior stakeholders and product owners.Leverage your UX skills to drive our Product roadmaps and lifecycles by completing UX audits, conducting user research, and conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products that lead to intuitive user experiences.Ensure design consistency and integrity across products and projects, and advocate for usage of Design Systems as appropriate.Stay on top of new trends in usability, accessibility, UX design, UX Research and/or Service Design, and mentor colleagues on these topics.Be our HCD ambassador to the Madrid site and help co-create our HCD strategy with your globally dispersed colleagues, driving awareness and sharing your expertise on how Human Centered Design can improve our products and solutions.Who you are: You're someone who wants to influence your own development. Additionally, you bring the following:Six or more years of UX design experience, with at least two years of experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.Expertise in standard UX software, preferably Figma.Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business needs and vision.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.Expert in user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
