Reporting directly to the Manager of the Shared Business Center who oversees the Telemarketing Campaigns, your main responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to customers to identify and qualify sales opportunities (lead generation).Functions:Reactivating customer interest in products and solutions through marketing campaigns.Introducing new products to clients via phone, sending technical presentations by mail, and following up with them.Detecting and promoting customer interest in the introduced products.Supporting the product sales division by communicating identified sales opportunities directly.Reporting on all actions taken in each marketing campaign.
