We are looking for We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role in BizAwayManage and grow a portfolio of existing clientsOnboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and runningCraft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targetsMonitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us mantain our 0 churn rateDefine Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loopProactively propose actions, strategies and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth Your basic qualificationsFluent level of English and native level of Italian, any other language between Spanish / French / Portuguese / German / Dutch is a plus1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role "No excuses" attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every dayProactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakeFlexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties We are also interested inPrevious experience in fast-growing start-upsAny other language is a plus Our offer ??
