Procuramos assistente administrativo para a nossa fábrica de Torrelavega. A função deverá prestar apoio às áreas administrativas dos diretores e coordenadores da empresa e colaborar na inserção de dados nos sistemas de informação. Principais responsabilidades: Contabilidade diária: saldos de produtos (entrada/saída/consumo), saldo de stocks e ordens de reabastecimento; Gestão documental: formação em sistema de gestão documental, fluxo de aprovação de documentos e verificação de documentos; Apoio administrativo a outras áreas: manutenção, processo, auditorias e formação na organização de cursos (no local), procura de fornecedores para formação acordada, contabilização de horas de formação; Apoio ao coordenador de produção na elaboração dos números mensais, energia, compra de matérias-primas; Elaboração de mapas para reuniões de produção e recolha de documentação de entrada e saída; Apoio ao Departamento de Sistemas de Informação; Atendimento telefónico, entrada de chamadas externas, para informações, receção de materiais; Reabastecimento, compra de material de escritório e material para visitantes/pessoal; Qualquer outrafunção necessária ao bom funcionamento da empresa e ao bem-estar dos utilizadores em qualquer momento. Requisitos: Experiência mínima de 2 anos em secretariado ou trabalho técnico-administrativo; Licenciatura em Gestão Administrativa, Curso Superior de Administração e Finanças, Curso Superior de Secretariado ou experiência e conhecimentos equivalentes; Experiência emfunções administrativas será condição preferencial; Boa capacidadede organização e comunicação; Discrição, integridade e confidencialidade; Cooperação comoutros departamentos; Conhecimentos de português e inglês são condição preferencial; Conhecimentos de SAP são condição preferencial.
