.Job DescriptionServe as the gateway to the Salesforce build team collaborating with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys, elicit business requirements, and identify opportunities for business process improvementsWork with business stakeholders to refine user stories, breaking down high level information into detailed requirements with clear success criteria that translate into technical designs enabling developmentDrive approval process for groomed enhancement requests, ensuring adequate problem/opportunity identification, completeness of requirements, and solution feasibilityContinuously collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design enhancement solutions that support business requirements and customer journey alignmentDevelop and maintain technical specifications and end user training materialsCoordinate and support software enhancement testing and support quality assurance activities as neededAnalyze and troubleshoot tier three functionality issues, identifying root causes and escalating remediationWork with the security and compliance team to ensure applications and enhancements are compliant and secure, adhering to established processes/proceduresAssure continuous application service delivery success by maintaining a deep understanding of application design architecture, capacities, and application/integration performanceQualificationsSalesforce Business Systems Analyst experience including enhancement roadmap management and larger Salesforce transformation projectsIdeal candidate will have subject matter expertise in L2O, CPQ, CPQ Billing with technology and development best practices in a global SaaS or Consumption based technology companyDeep knowledge of Salesforce Lead to Cash functionality, business systems analysis, SDLC, and related processesDemonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and customer journey aspirations, breaking opportunities and problems down into deliverable enhancements and improvementsExperience in an agile environment, grooming and estimating stories utilizing JiraHigh level of organization and attention to detail emphasizing process, completeness and accuracyAbility to collaborate and coordinate with others to achieve measurable outcomesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications to the audience with the required cadence to ensure alignmentBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems, Salesforce Business Systems Analyst certification requiredAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research
