**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Dentro del ámbito de CRM una de las palancas fundamentales de la relación con nuestros clientes es mejorar **la efectividad comercial y la experiência de cliente **(interno y externo) en tres grandes ámbitos**:Gestión comercial atendida, comunicación con el cliente y Marketing Digital basado en datos.
**

Tu puesto será IT Product Manager del Squad de Rubik Real Time y Comunicaciones a cliente.
Rubik Real Time está gestionando más de 400M de contactos reaccionando a lo que sucede a nuestros clientesen segundos.
Este squad es el responsable de la creación, envío y analítica de los **Mensajes comerciales, relacionales, operativos y regulatorios reactivos y proactivos y contextualizados que enviamos a nuestros clientes y proporciona **Comunicación 'as a service' para todas las aplicaciones del banco.
**

El objetivo principal de este rol es trabajar es impulsar la evolución de los activos comentando anteriormente e impulsar y acompañar las iniciativas que nos permitan transformar los productos, servicios y activos de Santander España y Santander EU en nuestra relación con los clientes.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Mantener y mejorar un nível de Servicio adecuado.
- Cumplir los OKRs definidos por CRM y por las tribus de producto, de segmento y de canal a las que damos servicio.
- Liderar un equipo técnico multitecnológico, tiempo real, apis, mainframe.
- Gestionar la demanda del Squad, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de negocio y las propias de Tecnología.
- Gestión de presupuesto.
- Impulsar la completa adopción de la metodología Agile.
EXPERIENCIA
- 5 años en gestión de equipos de tecnología.
EDUCACIÓN
- Ingeniería Informatica o similar.
