CarcaixentSpainOperations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities**Laboratory Technician**- Gestión de materias primas para la preparación de muestras, control y mantenimiento de stock- Preparación de muestras estándares y nuevos desarrollos- Análisis físico-químico y sensorial de las muestras preparadas- Calibración de equiposWithin the role you:- Participación en las reuniones del departamento de calidad si el turno de trabajo es coincidente con la reunión y en caso contrario consulta y conocimiento de las actividades marcadas en dicha reunión.- Análisis físico-químico y sensorial de todas las materias primas, los productos producidos antes de envasar, los productos envasados y productos envasados cuyo análisis puede haber variado por el largo almacenamiento del producto.- Análisis microbiológico cuando se requiera de todos los productos envasados y de otros cuando se requiera.- Análisis microbiológico cuando se requiera de las aguas de las Torres de Refrigeración.- Análisis físico-químico de las muestras necesarias para el control de los procesos definidos en producción.- Gestión de las muestras representativas de los productos producidos y de las materias primas recibidas.- Gestión del envío de muestras representativas de productos a clientes y a laboratorios externos.- Control documental de todos los productos que se analizan, pasar los datos al sistema informático.- Calibración de los equipos de medición y ensayo del laboratorio de control de calidad.
