Detalles del TrabajoLas Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, España¿Qué tendrás que hacer?Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo de mantenimiento para garantizar el cumplimiento eficiente de las tareas.Realizar inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones y equipos del hotel para identificar y abordar problemas de manera proactiva.Desarrollar e implementar programas de mantenimiento preventivo para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y maximizar la vida útil de los equipos.Gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento, controlando los costos y buscando formas de mejorar la eficiencia operativa.Coordinar con otros departamentos del hotel para garantizar un mantenimiento fluido y minimizar las interrupciones para los huéspedes.Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, así como de los estándares de calidad del hotel.Requisitos:Experiencia previa demostrada en un puesto similar en la industria hotelera o en gestión de instalaciones.Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en áreas como electricidad, fontanería, climatización y sistemas de seguridad.Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos.Buena capacidad de resolución de problemas y habilidades organizativas.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con otros departamentos y proveedores.Te estamos esperandoEn Meliá Hotels International apostamos por la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en el ámbito laboral, contando con el compromiso de la dirección y con los principios contenidos en las políticas de Recursos Humanos.
