**Misión del puesto**:Proporciona soporte al _Chief Engineer _del hotel coordinando/ejecutando diferentes tareas.

**¿Qué tendrás que hacer?**
- ESTRATEGIA: Detecta y traslada al _Chief Engineer_ necesidades y oportunidades en el hotel en el que está basado en la función de Servicios Técnicos.
- PRESUPUESTO: Para la elaboración del presupuesto del hotel, traslada al _Chief Engineer_ información referente al estado del hotel y sus necesidades.
- INVERSIONES: Referente al PAI de Riesgos, colabora con el _Chief Engineer_ en las detección y priorización de necesidades de inversión dentro de su hotel.
- OBLIGACIONES TÉCNICO-LEGALES; Realiza las tareas asignadas relacionadas con el cumplimiento de normativa siguiendo las directrices que recibe; Colabora en la propuesta para la subsanación de las incidencias.
- MANTENIMIENTO: Supervisa la ejecución, por parte de los técnicos del hotel, de tareas relacionadas con el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Adicionalmente, también ejecuta parte de estas tareas; En cuanto a prevención de incendios, es responsable de cumplir con los procedimientos correspondientes para salvaguardar la integridad física de huéspedes y empleados, así como los bienes del hotel, según establezcan los planes específicos.
- ENERGÍA: Asegura la continuidad de suministro de las instalaciones principales del hotel: aire acondicionado, agua caliente y fría, suministro eléctrico, etc.; Implanta políticas y proyectos en materia de energía en el hotel.
- PROVEEDORES: Puede proporcionar feed back acerca de los proveedores asignados; Colabora en los inventarios de almacén de mantenimiento a fin de verificar su correcta operación; Colabora en la supervisión el trabajo de las empresas terceras que trabajan en el hotel (obras y subcontratas).
- REPORTING: Puede colaborar en las lecturas del consumo diario de energéticos, para conocer y asegurar el uso y rendimiento adecuado de las instalaciones.
- HR: Puede colaborar en el control del cumplimiento del programa de horarios, roles de descansos, vacaciones, así como asistencia del personal.
- MEDIOAMBIENTE: Colabora en la implantación de las iniciativas y actuaciones definidas por el departamento de _Technical Office & Procurement_ en el hotel; Participa en la medición y control de la información relacionada con los consumos energéticos, hídricos y residuos u otros requeridos por las áreas de _Hotel Services / Corporate Services_.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Grado de ingeniería.
- Experiência mínima: 1 año en puesto similar, en el sector hotelero;
- Idiomas: Español; se valorará el conocimiento de inglés y otros idiomas.
- Competencias: altos conicimientos de todos los elementos de mantenimiento hotelero; manejo de herramientas de eficiencia energética; capacidad de liderazgo, manejo de personal y de toma de decisiones; preparación y manejo de presupuestos; trabajo en equipo; orientación al mantenimiento preventivo; orientación a la eficiencia energética; orientación a calidad; orientación al servicio al cliente; alto grado de responsabilidad y compromiso.
