We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems. What you'll do: ? First level for any HR queries from colleagues, team mates and managers. ? People Operations and administrative tasks. ? Policies – updating, advising, raising awareness. ? Amendments to contracts and maintaining data cleanliness. ? Full spectrum of People tasks from Onboarding, Engagement to off-boarding and everything in between. ? Touchpoints with employees. Who you are: ? Proven experience in a similar People Operations role. ? Experience in Singapore employment regulations. ? Proficiency in data analytics with a demonstrated ability to interpret data effectively. ? Preferably experienced in working with HRIS platforms to manage employee data and workflow. ? Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Hibob or similar softwares. ? Relevant certifications or studies within Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.
