El área de I+D necesita incorporar a su equipo una persona como **Responsible Development Door Panels**. Sus **tareas principales** serán:
- Desarrollo completo de los Proyectos de Paneles Puerta completos, piezas propias y la integración con piezas externas, dentro de los objetivos y plazos establecidos para cada Proyecto.
- Responsabilidad y gestión para el aseguramiento del proceso interno de liberaciones P y B (seguimiento de check-list, recomendaciones de liberación, etc.)
- Realización de planificaciones específicas para cumplir los hitos de Proyecto.
- Coordinación de partners externos y proveedores para la realización de ficheros CAD y propuestas continuas de mejora y reducción de peso.
- Supervisar y asegurar la introducción de materiales reciclados en las piezas de su responsabilidad.
- Trabajar en coordinación con los proveedores para asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de costes/peso y establecer planes de corrección en caso de desviaciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas internas, de Consorcio y legales vigentes.
- Liderazgo y/o participación en los grupos de trabajo del grupo VW relativos al desarrollo de las actividades de los Paneles Puerta. Seguimiento de métodos / innovaciones e introducción en los procesos internos de SEAT.
- Liderazgo y participación en las reuniones de seguimiento del desarrollo de los proyectos (Teams funcionales, Strak, conceptos,...).
- Asegurar la documentación del know-how y seguimiento de los procesos internos de desarrollo y aseguramiento de liberaciones.
Requisitos mínimos
**Formación**:
- Ingenierías ramas técnicas (industrial, mecánica )
**Idiomas**:
- Imprescindible inglés avanzado
- Se valorará muy positivamente alemán.
**Conocimientos específicos**:
- Conocimientos avanzados en CAD (CATIA V5) y CONNECT/KVS.
- Conocimientos a nível usuario de herramientas ofimáticas y herramientas de trabajo colaborativo.
**Competencias**:
- Capacidad de gestión y coordinación de proyectos.

- Habilidades de comunicación
- Aptitud para el desarrollo

**Experiência**:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência
