Free Motion is the leading bicycle center in the Canary Islands with 10 works centers in Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Lanzarote. Our company has over 20 years of experience in bike rental, guided tours, bike shops and bike workshops.

Who are we looking for?

As HR manager you will play a key role at Free Motion. You wil be in charge of the area, defining policies and processes for the team and get along with our internal stakeholders with the aim of growing and develop the well being inside the organization and surpass our limits

You will rock at this role if you:
You have experienced in similar positions (+5 years)

Has orientation for people and development of organizations

Experienced working with c-level and upskilling of teams

Identification with the sports industry, an advantage will be if it´s in the cycling sector

IT skills

Proactive and open-minded personality with a practical mindset

High level of English and Spanish (German could be a plus)

?Some of your tasks will be:

- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Implement employee development and career advancement initiatives.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze salary trends and benchmark against industry standards.
- Manage the HR department's budget and resources efficiently

Free Motion es el centro de bicicletas de servicio completo más grande de las Islas Canarias (Gran Canaria, Tenerife y Lanzarote). La empresa cuenta con más de 20 años de experiência en servicios de alquiler de bicicletas, visitas guiadas y asistencia técnica a ciclistas internacionales.

Sí, Free Motion es más que una tienda de bicicletas normal. Es un punto de encuentro de apasionados profesionales cuya misión es hacer realidad los sueños del ciclismo.

Actualmente contamos con un equipo de alrededor de 100 personas distribuidas en 11 centros de trabajo.

¿A quién buscamos?

Como HR Manager, desempeñarás un papel clave en Free Motion. Estarás a cargo del área, definiendo políticas y procesos para el equipo y organización, cuidando al cliente interno y la vida en la empresa con el objetivo de crecer y desarrollar el bienestar dentro de la organización y superar nuestros límites

Tendrás éxito en esta posición si tienes:

- Tienes experiência en puestos similares (+5 años)
- Tiene orientación para personas y desarrollo de organizaciones
- Experiência trabajando con perfiles directivos y formación de equipos
- Tienes vinculación con el deporte, una ventaja será si es en el sector del ciclismo
- Habilidades informáticas
- Personalidad proactiva y de mente abierta con una mentalidad práctica
- Alto nível de inglés y español (alemán es un plus)

- Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias de recursos humanos que se alineen con los objetivos de la organización.
- Resolución conflictos e implantación de acciones disciplinarias para el bienestar de los empleados.
- Promover una cultura positiva en el lugar de trabajo y el compromiso de los empleados.
- Identificar las necesidades de capacitación y desarrollar programas de formación
- Implementar iniciativas de desarrollo de los empleados y promoción de la carrera.
- Administrar y gestionar programas de compensación y beneficios para empleados.
- Analizar las tendencias salariales y comparar con los estándares de la industria.
- Gestione el presupuesto y los recursos del departamento
