The number of channels at our fingertips; the need for speed; and the drive for mass personalization all mean that brands need different solutions.Our global team of over 6,000 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production, and innovation to help clients navigate this exciting and ever-changing world of today's content experience.Position: Audiovisual Producer The Audiovisual Producer is responsible for end-to-end project management, management of client relationships, and agency relationships while leading a diverse and dynamic team to deliver. They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects. He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing, and advertising, and a desire to learn. They are highly organized and accountable leaders who are able to build relationships and collaborate, drawing on the expertise of Hogarth's resources and capabilities.Responsibilities CommunicationThe key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies.Possesses an accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing of client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns.Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement).Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers.ProcessManage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completion.Serve as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency.Must be accustomed to working with people in charge and managing several projects at the same time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
