Our People Talent Team are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team
As a Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting & selecting top talent to drive the growth and success of our business.
Job Title – Recruiter   Location – Bury BL9 8RR Working rota – Monday to Friday Working hours – 40 hours per week What You'll Be Doing:  As a Recruiter, you'll be doing the following:  From first candidate touch point be a professional advocate of the JD group.
Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
Manage and update the ATS database with different information Prepare manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information, Right to Work Checks and maintaining key recruitment data.
What We're Looking For: Previous recruitment experience within a similar capacity Attention to detail, prioritisation skill and time management Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing Ability build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders/ hiring managers The Company: The JD Group is a leading omnichannel retailer of Sports Fashion, Street & Premium Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 60,000 colleagues over 3,400 stores across several retail fascia's in over 30 markets around the world.
