Descripción / Resumen: Buscamos un perfil con FP superior o grado de ingeniería en electrónica, informática o similar, con buen nivel de inglés, capaz de realizar las tareas de integración, mantenimiento, instalación y formación de los equipos de Graphic Communication, de acuerdo con las instrucciones y directrices de la BD, a fin de conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la compañía. Responsabilidades: Realizar instalaciones, reparaciones, formaciones básicas y mantenimientos preventivos del porfolio de equipamiento de Graphics.Atención telefónica al cliente para diagnosticar la incidencia con la maquinaría y ofrecer la respuesta más rápida posible, dando un seguimiento hasta la resolución de esta.Solicitar a customer service la gestión administrativa para la aprobación de presupuestos y la posterior solicitud de las piezas.Realizar demostraciones en cliente.Calificaciones: Formación Profesional Superior o Grado en Ingeniería o similar (electrónica, informática). Inglés nivel alto. Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica industrial e informática
