We are searching for a well-known international energy provider with more than 100 years of experience:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM ASSISTANTMISSION:You will contribute to the growth of the company by providing administrative and organizational support in renewable energy projects. You will be part of the Business Development Spain's Team and will report to the country head of Business Development.TASKS:Administrative assistance: writing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.Carry out communication with the Administration.Maintaining accurate records.Meetings organization: schedule, send reminders, and organize events.Managing the team's calendar.Support on renewable energy projects.Minor accountancy duties.REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience as a Team Assistant, preferably in an engineering team.Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C2) and a native Spanish level.
