En Grifols Engineering, compañía perteneciente a Grifols y dedicada a crear soluciones tecnológicas para la industria farmacéutica, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager de Ingeniería para el Área de Proyectos Externos.Tu misión principal consistirá en coordinar proyectos de ingeniería farmacéutica de acuerdo con los requerimientos de proceso y a las normativas, asegurando la calidad técnica de los mismos, así como el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos.Tus responsabilidades serán:Realizarás y supervisarás proyectos de ingeniería farmacéutica y estudios de anteproyectos asegurando la calidad técnica de los mismos y el cumplimiento del alcance pactado en el planning y con el presupuesto asignado.Promoverás el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad (GMP's) y normas de seguridad y salud laboral.Trabajarás junto con validaciones y producción en la cualificación y puesta en marcha de las máquinas e instalaciones.Diseñarás, calcularás y supervisarás equipos e instalaciones.Establecerás contactos con proveedores y contratistas y supervisarás sus trabajos.Determinarás el alcance, planning de ejecución y presupuesto de los estudios de anteproyectos.Especificarás equipos e instrumentos.Generarás la documentación de ingeniería que permita realizar los acopios, montajes y trabajos asociados.Solucionarás de forma proactiva los problemas que surjan durante los trabajos de puesta en marcha.Mantendrás informado al equipo de trabajo, alineando los objetivos y prioridades de las personas integrantes.Llevarás a cabo la negociación con proveedores y clientes.Seleccionarás los recursos para cumplir los compromisos de plazo e inversión, asegurando la calidad técnica.Promoverás reuniones con los clientes para el seguimiento de los proyectos.Supervisarás el trabajo de los recursos de oficina técnica asignados a sus proyectos.Supervisarás el trabajo y dirigirás funcionalmente a los/as ingenieros/as del departamento.REQUISITOS DESEADOSPara realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto:Tienes carrera universitaria de Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Mecánica o similares.Aportas experiencia mínima de 5 años en posición similar, siendo valorable positivamente haber participado en proyectos de ingeniería civil, utilities pharma, salas limpias o similares.Tienes experiencia en entornos internacionales.Tienes experiencia en gestión de proyectos con metodologías de Project Management
