Responsable de liderar equipos de proyectos multifuncionales, asegurando la planificación, ejecución y entrega exitosa de los proyectos a tiempo y dentro del alcance. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas, con un historial comprobado de gestión de proyectos complejos desde el inicio hasta el cierre. Profundo conocimiento de las metodologías, herramientas y técnicas de gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento general de equipos e instalaciones relacionados con la industria del cemento, concreto premezclado y agregados sería una ventaja. Buen conocimiento de ingeniería y desarrollo de procesos de proyectos. Buen conocimiento de principios de costos de proyectos como AACE Buen conocimiento del desarrollo de proyectos incluyendo pre-FEED, FEED, detalle, ejecución, puesta en servicio. Experiencia en EPC y otras estrategias de contrato Experiencia con cumplimiento normativo relacionado con estándares ambientales y de seguridad. Capacidad demostrada para enfrentar desafíos y desarrollos inesperados que puedan surgir durante proyectos CCUS. La capacidad de adaptarse a circunstancias cambiantes y desarrollar soluciones creativas es altamente valorada. Experiencia con proyectos complejos Experiencia en el uso de las mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos como PMI. Definir, contratar, coordinar y gestionar recursos técnicos multifuncionales y multiculturales para realizar la ejecución de grandes proyectos durante todas las etapas del proyecto (Análisis de inversión – Solicitud y aprobación de proyecto – Ejecución de proyecto – Puesta en servicio – Cierre de proyecto). Evaluar Recursos, Capacidades Técnicas de Infraestructura y Experiencia de empresas de ingeniería y construcción locales e internacionales para seleccionar la mejor alternativa técnica y económica que cumpla con el Objetivo de los Proyectos. Disposición a viajar Debe conocer CAD, AutoCad, Navisworks, Document control software, Primavera y MS Project Español, Ingles avanzado y Aleman deseable
