Job Summary The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the hotel's quality systems and processes to ensure that all services and products offered meet the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction. This role is crucial to maintaining the hotel's reputation as a premier establishment in the luxury hospitality industry. Essential Functions Development and Implementation of Quality Policies: Create and update quality standards and operating procedures in all areas of the hotel. Implement quality management systems based on international standards (ISO, EFQM, etc.). Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Coordinate external audits and ensure that the hotel complies with all quality standards and certifications. Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement continuous improvement programs based on guest feedback. Design and deliver quality training programs for all hotel staff. Promote a culture of quality and service excellence among employees. Oversee the handling of guest complaints and suggestions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Investigate and analyse quality incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with other managers and department heads to ensure consistency and quality in all hotel services. Participate in management meetings, trainings and line ups. Provide quality reports and analysis. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in processes, services and products. Keep up to date on trends and best practices in quality management in the luxury hospitality industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Training in quality management (e.g. ISO certifications, Six Sigma, Breeam) is highly desirable. 5+ years experience as Quality Manager (Luxury Hotels preferred) Knowledge of Revinate, HubOS, Opera is a plus.
