Bioconservacion provides added value products to applications such as Biogas, corrosion and Odor control, Post-Harvest, and consumer. The company is in compliance with different regulatory standards and certifications. Bioconservacion is a highly internationalized company with subsidiaries in USA, LATAM, and Middle East. To streamline the market implementation of our products and to support the current growth of our businesses, we are looking for a quality manager to join us leading the quality system ISO 9001 of the company. It's required a hands-on professional as there are only two people in the Department. We offer a competitive salary based on experience. Role Description This is a full-time Quality Assurance Manager role based in Gavà with responsibilities such as implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, identifying quality issues, analyzing data, and creating reports. The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that products manufactured by the company meet established standards of quality and reliability. The role requires the manager to work on-site and interface with senior management, production, and supply chain teams. Qualifications Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methodologies, and techniques Experience in implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems based on ISO 9001:2015 Experience in analyzing data and creating reports A strong understanding of product development processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure Expertise in the chemical Industry will be valued. Knowledge of REACH, CLP and GHS. At least two years of experience in the same position A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field. Ideally Chemist or Chemist Engineer Knowledge of Spanish and English is a must. Responsibilities Lead and maintenance of the quality system of the company: audits, non-conformities, KPI's, corrective actions, improvements, risk analysis, customer claims...etc. Management and lead the Quality control of the production. Management of the MSDS of the products Maintenance and management of ECOCERT, UL, and health registration certifications Waste documentation management: DARI, Packaging Declaration… etc. Report to the general management of the company Propose action plans and improvements in the manufacturing process.
