A focus of this job is on the ability to independently drive enhancements and automatization projects forward while keeping the day-to-day business running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Utilize your SQL knowledge to analyze data to gain insights into products and processes. Use data analytics skills to drive process improvements and ensure the highest quality of operations.Process Execution and Improvement: Regularly execute operational processes related to Credit, Dunning, and Collections. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by proposing automations or other changes to the process.Project Management: Support and Drive projects with cross-departmental teams end-to-end ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes to optimize our Teams ProcessesStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and best results in debt collection recoveries.Qualifications:Education: Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a comparable field.Experience: Previous experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of managing and improving operational processes.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to independently generate insights and apply them to process improvements. Knowledge of SQL is required.Learning and Improvement: Eagerness to learn and drive the improvement and optimization of processes. A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Ownership and Action: Strong sense of topic ownership and a bias for action. Ability to work autonomously with a "get things done" attitude.Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
