Business Value Architect

Como Business Value Architect te unirás al equipo de uno de nuestros clientes expertos en desarrollo de software, para liderar la mejora continua y la optimización de los procesos organizacionales.Cómo será tu día a día?Promoverás y facilitarás la optimización de procesos a través de la minería de procesos, definiendo itinerarios formativos y metodologías específicas.Realizarás análisis detallados de estos procesos cuando sea necesario.Desarrollarás e implementarás planes detallados para las mejoras identificadas, monitoreando su progreso de manera constante.Participarás en la comunicación y difusión de los resultados obtenidos, asegurando que las mejoras aporten un valor significativo a la organización.Fomentar y apoyar activamente a las diferentes unidades de negocio en la aplicación de técnicas de minería de procesos, facilitando su integración y adopción.Qué ofrecemos?Teletrabajo para que te organices y encuentres el equilibrio en tu vida, con reuniones puntuales en Galicia.Retribución competitiva acorde a tu nivel y experiencia, así como revisiones salariales anuales según tu desempeño.Flexibilidad horaria, podrás modificar tu horario de entrada y de salida.
