We currently offer an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career for the position of SAT Technician: Front Office.In this position, you will be the first point of contact between our clients/partners and the after-sales area, responding to incoming incidents regarding our products, completing the information necessary for a correct analysis, managing their resolution or escalating them to higher levels depending on the complexity and criticality.Main Functions and Responsibilities:Provide remote support for level 1 and 2 incidents for service contracts.Attention to incoming incidents in the channel dedicated to after-sales service from customers and partners.Communication with applicants to have all the necessary information, both at the equipment level and the details of the reported incident.Evaluate the conditions under which the incident must be provided, whether under warranty or outside of warranty.Analysis of the causes and their criticality for subsequent resolution or escalation to higher levels.In coordination with the Department's Management, detect incident patterns so that the solution and documentation of the actions to be carried out can be generated.Opening of the OT when it is determined that an action must be carried out in the field.Reporting of information and management in the CRM following the processes defined in the operation.Closing cases, completing all information and reporting to clients.Welcome to CIRCONTROLCIRCONTROL is a workplace where you will find an excellent, dynamic and motivating work environment.
