.En Fuego Camina Conmigo queremos ampliar el equipo con un@ Diseñador Gráfico & Motion junior que quiera crecer con nosotros. Buscamos a alguien que quiera aprender, formarse, con iniciativa y muchas ganas de ampliar horizontes.Necesario que compartas portfolioDesarrollarás el look & feel de los proyectos asignados o ejecutarás campañas ya planteadas, tanto en estático como con elementos animados siguiendo un diseño y estética.Crearás y diseñarás motion graphics para las campañas.Crearás elementos gráficos y efectos visuales.Participarás, aportando, en el estilo creativo de los proyectos.Te responsabilizarás de tus proyectos, garantizando su calidad y cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos o asignados para la ejecución de las piezas.Crearás marcos de estilo y canvas de diseño que faciliten la agilidad en la ejecución de determinados proyectos.Conocerás y tendrás disposición para trabajar con diferentes aplicaciones de software, adaptándose siempre al uso de las mejores herramientas para cada proyecto.Buscarás referencias y nuevas vías/sistemas de trabajo. Ejemplo: nuevas apps de organización de trabajo, nuevos procesos de gestión, etc.Que seas competente con Adobe Creative Suite. Trabajarás con Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere...Valoramos tu experiencia con Cinema 4D u otro software 3D.Cómo solucionas problemas, que seas creativo, práctico y valiente.Tu gusto visual, cómo te fijas en los detalles.Tu pasión por contar historias.Que tengas mínimo 1 año de experiencia en una posición similar.Tu responsabilidad, tus habilidades de organización, comunicación y gestión del tiempo. Tu servicialidad hacia compañeros, tu iniciativa.¿Cómo te ayudaremos a crecer?Vas a pensar, diseñar y ejecutar campañas multiformato, con especial foco en el entorno digital.Organizar diferentes proyectos en paralelo en función de las necesidades de calendario y el ecosistema del departamento.Cuidar los detalles de todas las peticiones que nos llegan según los estándares de calidad que tenemos (son muy altos).Trabajar en equipo junto a otros perfiles del departamento, y en conjunto con las diferentes áreas de la agencia para buscar que las piezas y entregables que hacemos funcionen de la mejor manera para los objetivos de los clientes.Buscamos a alguien que quiera desarrollar su carrera con nosotros: será muy importante la actitud y las ganas de aprender.Pasarás a formar parte de un equipo talentoso y feliz, donde innovamos en la manera que estamos organizados y trabajamos para transformar negocios y marcas.
