The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Develop high-performance Ads, conduct A/B testing, and enhance designs based on data insights.

  • Collaborate with our Social Media and Design teams to create compelling visual materials.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, sharing fresh and innovative ideas.

  • Design and prepare final artwork for print.

  • Stay updated on design trends, social media strategies, and emerging technologies.


About you

  • You’re fluent in English. Spanish is not required but desirable.

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines effectively.

  • Work proficiently with design tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Slides.

  • Experience using editing tools like CapCut and After Effects.

  • Approach tasks with a proactive and ambitious attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

  • Execute designs and deliver ideas that align with our brand identity.

  • Display excellent organizational and presentation skills, including strong written and verbal communication with team members.

  • Showcase impeccable typography skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Extra Awesome

  • Previous experience creating editorial design layouts.

  • Previous experience creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
