Owning and maintaining solid relationships with our clients and their team is essential to achieving our objectives.What You'll DoServe as the senior point of contact, managing relationships with top-tier artists, management, agents, and industry stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong, positive, and productive relationships with major artists, labels, and industry contacts across various genres.Provide high-level strategic advice and support on all aspects of music distribution, ensuring the success and growth of top artists and labels.Lead and guide labels on digital release best practices, metadata requirements, and distribution strategies.Oversee the approval, updates, and execution of digital releases, ensuring seamless coordination with sales, manufacturing, and inventory management.Work closely with finance, marketing, legal, and other internal departments to address all label business needs and opportunities.Ensure timely distribution of critical assets to global retail and marketing teams, keeping all cross-functional stakeholders informed and engaged.Manage the complete lifecycle of audio and video products from ingestion to delivery, ensuring efficient release processes and optimal distribution.Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective delivery, claiming, and monetization of labels' audio and video catalogs.Utilize internal marketing and data analytic tools to drive label engagement, support strategic marketing and sales decisions, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.Attend artist shows and industry events as necessary to represent The Orchard and strengthen industry connections.Perform a wide range of additional tasks to support the evolving needs of the label roster, including collaborating with digital marketing and design teams, delivering comprehensive label business reviews, managing catalog ingestions, clearing claims, and resolving rights conflicts.Who You Are5+ years of applicable experience in the music industry with a proven track record of managing top artists and accounts.Deep understanding of music distribution, marketing, and promotion strategies, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide high-level guidance.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external partners.Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and identify areas for improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Deep knowledge of the music industry, its current trends, platforms and challenges.Willingness to attend events and artist shows after work hours as necessary.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
