We have an exciting opportunity available for a Jr KAM Regional in our Retail Sales Team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz The position lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is located in our Madrid Office.
You'll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. This position reports into the Regional Area Manager and focused on handling Indirect Channel of Retail (C&C & Distributors example Ayala, Dian). The main responsibility will be the delivery to support Business and profitable growth to drive the business. You're constantly driving improvement activities within Sales Team in Spain.
In brief, you will be responsible for:Handling relationships and grow sales to regional customer accounts in your perimeter.Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.Develop the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.QualificationsHard Skills & capabilities University Degree, preferably from a Business School4 years' relevant commercial experience in retail channel, working with cash & carry and the main indirect channel's customers is a plus (Makro, Miquel, Covalco, Ayala, Dian)Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/roleProficient Spanish and English is appreciatedExcellent Excel and PowerPoint SkillsEU Work permission.Professional AttributesAbility to Simplify - We like to keep it simple.
