Te estamos buscando Formarás parte de los Core teams de Zubi Group, nuestros equipos especializados por área de conocimiento (People & Culture, Tecnología, Finanzas, Marketing, Legal...) desde donde apoyamos a todas las ventures del grupo a lograr sus objetivos, acompañándolas a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida (creación, escalado, expansión, consolidación...), especialmente en etapas iniciales.Debido al constante crecimiento del grupo y la motivación por seguir impulsando iniciativas de impacto, necesitamos sumar talento al equipo de People & Culture. Buscamos una persona con background generalista en recursos humanos que, reportando a la Head of People & Culture, colabore con la misión del equipo : mejorar la experiencia del empleado para fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento y compromiso, asegurando que cumplimos con toda la normativa vigente.¿Cómo será tu día a día en el equipo de People & Culture de Zubi Group? Gestión de personal: Participarás en la interlocución con la gestoría laboral. Gestión de nóminas, altas, bajas, permisos y control de asistencia. Participarás en la resolución de cuestiones jurídico-laborales de nuestros clientes internos.Tareas administrativas: Gestión de contratos, documentos laborales, archivo de expedientes y actualización de políticas internas, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo.Gestión del Talento: Participarás en la gestión del plan de formación, evaluaciones de desempeño, plan de beneficios, comunicación interna, entre otros, siguiendo las directrices y objetivos marcados. Apoyo en los procesos de Talent Acquisition, onboarding y offboarding.Organización y Reporting: Apoyarás en la optimización de procesos y automatización de los sistemas internos, así como al análisis, seguimiento y reporte de los KPI ´s del departamento.¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición? Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE, Psicología, Ciencias del trabajo o similar.Experiencia de al menos 3 años desarrollando funciones generalistas en departamento de Recursos Humanos.Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral local y experiencia en gestión de nóminas, altas, bajas, permisos y control de asistencia
