ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering to help us take our Growth Enablement team to the next level.
As a Head of Software Engineering, you should be proficient in different technologies and skills, always finding the best processes and methodologies. You are also eager to learn new things and take on new challenges to develop your skills.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with other team members on business opportunities, detecting potential problems and trade-offs.Code in different languages and technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, and WordPress.Take on new challenges independently, finding the best solutions and measuring the business impact of your decisions.Be part of the Growth Enablement team with other Software Engineers and Product Designers, working on various opportunities to impact the business with technology and design. Examples of projects include creating new acquisition channels, improving lead generation flows, or Core Web Vitals.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Independently of the requirements, we encourage you to apply if you are interested in the job position.
