The challenge

¿Eres un profesional con experiência en logística y un profundo conocimiento en la gestión de pedidos, seguimiento de envíos y planificación logística?
Estamos buscando un Especialista Logístico para unirse a nuestro equipo en una empresa líder en fabricación y distribución de aires acondicionados y recambios
What you will do
- Gestión de pedidos de compras con nuestra sede en China, abarcando tanto productos acabados como recambios de nuestras 3 fábricas.
- Control y seguimiento semanal de órdenes de compra de productos acabados.
- Seguimiento y trazabilidad de los contenedores, asegurando una entrega eficiente a nuestros clientes y almacenes.
- Planificación de la entrada de contenedores en coordinación con nuestro almacén.
- Control de facturación de transporte, garantizando la eficiencia en los costos logísticos.
- Proporcionar información detallada y actualizada al equipo comercial y postventa, asegurando una comunicación efectiva.
- Control de stocks e inventarios para optimizar la gestión de existencias.
- Gestión y seguimiento de logística inversa para productos acabados.
- Soporte en demand planning para productos acabados.
- Gestión de incidencias, resolviendo problemas de manera efectiva y proponiendo soluciones.
What you need to succeed
- Experiência previa en logística y gestión de pedidos, especialmente en un entorno internacional.
- Conocimiento sólido de procesos de importación y exportación, preferiblemente con experiência en envíos desde China.
- Habilidad para planificar y coordinar actividades logísticas de manera eficiente.
- Conocimiento en control de stocks e inventarios.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y generar informes detallados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación a la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
- Experiência en gestión de logística inversa y demand planning.
- Valorable experiência en el sector de productos de consumo como electrónica y aparatos domésticos.
