Equipo: O&M Localización: España (diversas localizaciones) Nivel de experiencia: Al menos 3 años de experiencia en las tareas descritas.
Requisitos: Ingeniería técnica o Superior.
Nivel de inglés equivalente a B2.

Tu objetivo dentro de la compañía: Liderar la operación y mantenimiento de parques eólicos, buscando maximizar la producción de energía, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de los procedimientos y manuales de operación y garantizando siempre la seguridad de los equipos y de las personas.
Principales tareas: Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las tareas de O&M (calidad y tiempo).
Procurar los más altos estándares en materia de disponibilidad energético-económica de las instalaciones a su cargo.
Proponer y/o analizar mejoras técnicas y de diseño de las instalaciones a su cargo.
Colaborar en la definición de mejores prácticas en la ejecución de labores de O&M.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir los requerimientos de Seguridad y Salud, Calidad y Medio Ambiente de Repsol.
Gestión operacional del parque (mantenimientos, disponibilidades, inspecciones, contratos…) Trasladar las instalaciones a la fase de Explotación, liderando junto al área de Ingeniería/Construcción y bajo la supervisión del responsable de O&M de la zona, la puesta en marcha de las instalaciones.
