Die Verantwortung der Abteilung Service Integration liegt in der technischen Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen und Produkten (Services) auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene sowie die Integration der Services in die jeweiligen Betriebseinheiten.
Darüber hinaus verantwortet die Abteilung das gesamte Auftrags- und Projektmanagement.
Aufgaben Steuerung der technischen Entwicklung von Produkten (IT-Services) auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene sowie deren Provisionierungsprozesse Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement im Rahmen von Angebotsprozessen Strukturierte Einbindung der fachspezifischen technischen Teams und Systemarchitekten sowie externer Partner Aktive Mitwirkung in der Entwicklung von Standardprodukten Mitarbeit bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung zentraler Betriebsplattformen Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrungen in der Produktentwicklung (IT-Service) Verständnis der technischen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und im IT-Betrieb Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von rechenzentrumsnahen IT-Services, hohe Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein Zielorientierung und kreative Lösungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Repräsentationsfähigkeit Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Handeln Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Benefits Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag und flexible Arbeitszeiten Arbeiten an verschiedenen Standorten möglich (z.B.
