We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.About The JobSupport commercial growth by building strong relationships with tour, activity and ticketing suppliers in the top destinations and venues in the region.Negotiate contracts in the region, agreeing on rappels and marketing distributions.Support the suppliers' enrolment and onboarding process.Build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues as well as launch new destinations within the region.Be an expert in your destination – generating new leads and strategic acquisition of new and unique products.Liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices.Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region.About YouStrong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry.Solid knowledge of digital tools (e.G. task management, CRM, contracting platforms).Full understanding of digital components and new industry standards, with particular regard to API-based connectivity and reservation technologies.Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships.Destination knowledge, especially Experiences and Transfers suppliers.Willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly address issues.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Comfortable with targets and working in a key results-driven environment with different priorities.Excellent communication skills.From a workplace to a place to belong
