We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role will be instrumental in supporting Benevity's global people operations initiatives.
What you'll do: As a member of our People team, following initial training, you will offer guidance and support on internal People operations processes to our team members. Your contributions will be vital in scaling and enhancing our processes to new heights
Among other tasks, you'll work on:
Lead the implementation of global People Operations projects from our Barcelona office, focusing on areas such as administration, legal matters, compensation, and benefits Ensure company compliance and enhance efficiency in our People processes Manage all HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including maintaining employment documents, overseeing accurate payroll administration, and keeping employee files current in our HR system Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, special requests, and documentation Provide support on local labor laws and specific employment cases to our People team Act as the main liaison for external parties regarding payroll, labor laws, working visas, social security, and interactions with Spanish tax authorities Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees What you'll bring: Minimum of 2/3 years of experience working in a Human Resources function within a hyper growth and fast paced environment Native/Bilingual Spanish and an excellent English proficiency. Any other languages are a plus Strong communication skills at all levels Strong experience in building from scratch and scaling processes, always finding solutions and alternatives.
