Responsibilities
MARKETING SUPPORT
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Plan and coordinate events such as product launches and promotional events.
Track and report on the performance of marketing activities.
Ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
INVENTORY CONTROL OF MARKETING COLLATERALS
Monitor inventory level of marketing collaterals and ensure accuracy of stocks records.
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
Address and resolve inventory issues (i.e. stock outs or overstock situations)
