Si eres amante de la hostelería y te apasionan los RRHH, este es tu proyecto. En MONUMENT HOTEL buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER. Tus OBJETIVOS :
Coordinar y asegurar los procesos del área de RRHH, siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la Dirección del Hotel y RRHH Corporativo, con la finalidad de lograr la máxima eficiencia, excelencia y motivación del personal del Hotel. Tus funciones PRINCIPALES serán:
Selección del personal. Coordinar el proceso de bienvenida de las nuevas incorporaciones. Gestión del programa de prácticas. Soporte y atención de dudas a los del Hotel. Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de Seguridad y Salud. Coordinar actividades de motivación de los equipos. Control de uniformidades, taquillas, llaves, material de trabajo para el personal. Dispones de formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE o similar. Puedes acreditar experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar. Tienes un nivel alto de inglés y castellano.
