At Grafton we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for a multinational company based on Barcelona.


Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, he/she will be in charge of the main responsabilities:



Human Resources Strategy of the company, this means working closely with leaders to develop and execute a short, medium and long term human resources strategy.Talent Management; Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding, development, and retention of employees. Implement talent development and succession programs.Labor Relations; Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Organizational Development; Promote a high-performance and meritocratic culture and shared values. Facilitate organizational change and foster innovation. Compensation and Benefits; Develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.Training and Development; Identify employee training and development needs and manage the implementation of training programs linked to the business requirements focused on sustainable growth.HR Data Analysis; Use HR data to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.


The candidate must have at least 5 years of experiencie in a HRBP position. Will be valuable to have knowledge of the pharma Industry and good level of English (C1).
