**Job Description**:

- En el equipo de Talent de McCann Worldgroup nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil de HR Operations.La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo de HR Ops, área de servicios compartidos para las diferentes agencias del grupo, realizando, principalmente las siguientes funciones:
- Gestión administrativa de personal: Comunicación con Payroll de las Altas, bajas, incidencias de nómina.
- Consultas y resolución de incidencias de los Managers & empleados: Vacaciones, bajas IT, Excedencias, Reducciones de Jornada preparación documentación y seguimiento.
- Proceso Offboarding: Gestión de bajas, entrevistas de salida, comunicación con payroll y empleados, coordinación con IT equipos.
- Retribución Flexible: Punto de información, resolución de consultas, gestión de información/incidencias a nómina
- Seguros Médicos: Gestión de facturas, altas, bajas, seguimiento de incidencias.
- Coordinación con Global: Peoplesoft, Job Code (puestos y códigos)
- Apoyo a las áreas de Relaciones Laborales & Compensación

Qué buscamos:
- Al menos dos años de experiência en un rol similar generalista o HR Ops.
- Somos un equipo pequeño, necesitamos a alguien con actitud de equipo, acostumbrada a gestionar un alto volumen de trabajo, entendiendo urgencias y prioridades y con orientación a cliente.
- Se valorara positivamente experiência en sectores como Trabajo Temporal (ETT, Consultoría, tecnología, etc).
- Nível de inglés alto, lo usará en el día a día.
- Interesante experiência trabajando con Workday.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un modelo híbrido de trabajo (tres días en la oficina, dos en remoto). #Hybrid
- Manejo avanzado de paquete Office 365.
- Ganas de trabajar en equipo, en un ambiente dinámico y diverso, y con apertura al aprendizaje continuo.
