**Role Description**: Payroll Processing Administrator with SAP

PERM

EN B2

100% remote - or hybrid

**Location**: Madrid, Spain Salary: 35.000EUR

Tasks
- Proven experience of processing Payroll in Spain (more than 1 country is an advantage).
- Proven payroll local knowledge for Spanish payroll.
- Desired local knowledge for Portuguese payroll too.
- At least 3 years payroll administration experience with solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll process in SAP.
- Up to date knowledge of recent legislation Spain (mandatory).
- Proven experience with SAP Payroll Software and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Client facing experience.
- Relevant experience of working in a busy multiple-payroll environment.
- Looking to progress a diverse career in payroll.

- Proactive attitude with a clear customer orientation.
- Demonstrates confidence in their area of expertise, ingenuity and desire to meet the project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written + Spanish.
- Business level experience with other languages is helpful.
- Capacity to taking on a new payroll - transitioning a new service.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and capable of building relationships.
- Results focussed with the ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for payroll and a desire to develop new skills.
