The Team: The Marketing and Lead Generation Analyst will be part of the Marketing Analytics and Insight team.
This team is part of the marketing operation, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations.
As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.
The Role: The Junior Marketing Analyst and Lead Generation Analyst is responsible for supporting the marketing team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating leads that will drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of marketing analytics and a keen interest in lead generation.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The work you'll do: Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, social media, and online advertising to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
Use this data to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Track the performance of campaigns and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation.
Provide insights that will help tailor marketing strategies to specific audience segments.
Reporting Insights: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
Assist in the alignment of marketing and sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and lead generation.
Apply new techniques and tools to enhance lead generation effectiveness.
The qualifications you need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
Internship experience may be considered.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
