.Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Manager, Digital Content Marketing to join its Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Madrid or Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters. The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with a diverse group of teams (e.G., Content team, UX, Digital Product Development, Localization Services, Personalization, Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Branding) to promote hotel uniqueness, create brand value, and drive business to Radisson Hotel Group's digital products.Team and StakeholdersThe Manager, Digital Content Marketing will be part of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Team and will communicate with global teams around the world including:Company's theaters (EMEA and APAC)Hotel Owners/OperatorsBrand and Marketing TeamsDigital Marketing and SEO TeamsCommercial and Operations TeamIT TeamVendorsResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Digital Content Marketing has the responsibility to:Think strategically to develop a consistent EMEA and APAC content marketing strategy to support our marketing, branding, and merchandising activities for B2C and B2B customers.Empower the integration and use of a variety of media and interactive assets such as immersive and 360 content, UGC, and videos on our website and app.Create synergies with the other digital teams to deliver a consistent F&B, M&E, and brand experience on our website and app.Advise business stakeholders in all operations concerning content marketing and maintain the quality of deliveries to an exceptional level.Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution on content marketing and merchandising-related topics on web and app.Support corporate initiatives where there would be a strategic value to implement marketing-driven solutions and products.Translate complex processes into simple, clear, end-user-focused online content solutions.Partner with the Digital Product and IT teams to identify improvements and develop deliverables across our digital channels.Develop, ideate, and test features and components to enrich the UX on the website and app.Guarantee that the digital user experience delivered is engaging and increases conversion possibilities.Contribute to the enhancement of our digital platforms through providing feedback on user experience and designs.Support in delivering optimization to our CMS and DAM systems.Deliver digital projects on time and within budgetary guidelines.Help define, document, and communicate content strategy and operations processes, timelines, and guidelines.Extract and assemble information, conduct analysis, and develop reports and presentations.Find opportunities to expand the marketing content based on audiences, including loyal and new members
