We're seeking for Finance and Administration Specialist Sittiing in the Finance, Administration & Control Team this is a hands-on all round finance role. Main tasks, are not limited to but will include: Active participation in month end, quarter end and year end closing; posting journals (bank ledgers, fixed assets, accruals & deferrals, payroll entries, amortized cost entries based on portfolio measurement, taxes, provisions and impairment entries, etc); processing payments and recording invoices; bank reconciliations; trial balance monitoring; finance controls activities; Requirements Bachelor's/Master's Degree Previous experience in banking, financial services, credit intermediation enviornment 2/3 years of professional experience in accounting Fluent in English Excel proficient user Soft skills Proactive mindset with a focus on KPI achievement (priority-oriented) Working in an international environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexible approach to problem-solving and strong teamwork attitude.
