Job Description We are seeking a data engineer with expertise in Spark and Kafka architecture patterns, along with a good understanding of datalake, datawarehouse, and delta lake concepts.
Familiarity with current trends in data engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities include: Reading, refactoring, and testing Spark code following best practices.
Implementing Kafka architecture patterns at scale.
Working with technologies such as Scala, Spark, Java, Kafka (KStreams and KSql), Spark Streaming, Terraform, and AWS services.
Collaborating through pair programming in a remote environment.
Required skills and experience: Experience with Scala and Spark, or Java with an interest in Scala.
Comfortable working with real-time technologies like Kafka and Spark Streaming.
Willingness to learn new technologies involved in projects.
Our tech stack includes: Scala, Spark, Node.js (ES6 and Typescript), Python, React, MongoDB, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, AWS (SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Cognito, Lambda, Redshift, Aurora, DynamoDB).
