- The Role Tesla is looking for a Logistics Analyst for our Inbound Logistics Team. We are seeking professional customer service experience and excellent oral and written communication skills. What You’ll Do
- Engineering and manufacturing supply chain strategy to support complex and high volume supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional team including production, planning and warehouse to determine short-term and long-term strategy.
- Implements systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans.
- Develop KPI, lead review meetings and develop projects in IT, operation and strategy to improve third-party logistics providers’ performance.
- Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including operation efficiency improvement, cost reduction and capacity planning.
- Oversee the initial setup of high volume of import shipments. Monitor execution of inbound shipments to support smooth production.
- Oversee booking and coordinating the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/export, engineer and manufacture goods within expected requirements.
- Pull data from internal database. Analyze, compile, and publish logistics dashboards and metrics for Tesla’s logistics leadership.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in data.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.
- Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of logistics best practices.
