Interfaccia e confronto con altri reparti e aree dell'azienda per la risoluzione e la gestione di problematiche legate ai clienti Premium.
REQUISITI Madrelingua italiana (i nostri clienti sono aziende italiane).
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata).
Esperienza nell'ambito dell'attenzione al cliente (almeno 2 anni); ottime capacità comunicative.
Conoscenza di internet e del pacchetto Office.
Organizzazione, orientamento al risultato e al dettaglio, solida etica del lavoro.
Curiosità, perspicacia e precisione sono qualità che apprezziamo particolarmente assieme a flessibilità e capacità di adattamento.
