If this sounds good to you, then we're thrilled you're considering joining our teamThe RoleThis is a newly created role supporting the opening of our new office in La Cala as Lumon continues to expand its footprint in Spain. We are looking for an administrator to be based in our La Cala office in Mijas Costa, Málaga. You'll form part of our growing team in Spain, supporting the sales teams across Europe and the running of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the office, coordinate events, manage supplier relationships, handle administrative tasks to support the sales teams, and attend to customer and partner enquiries.What will you be doing?This role will have responsibility over tasks such as:Liaising with suppliers and general office managementSupporting the Partnerships team by assisting with data entry, data analysis, incoming phone calls, handling partner queries and notificationsCoordinating new starter onboarding and induction processesHelping organise team meetings and company-sponsored local eventsAttending to clients that visit the officeWe are looking for:Great organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skillsConfidence in speaking to clients both by phone and in personFluency in Spanish and EnglishGreat initiative and good problem-solving skillsAbility to work with a certain level of independence, as your manager will be located in a different officeProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)What You'll GetA competitive salary25 days holiday plus your birthday offOption to purchase additional holidayLife insuranceHealth insurance (subject to conditions)#J-18808-Ljbffr
