You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and leadership of employee benefits and compensation programs. This role will ensure seamless operational execution while also overseeing the strategic implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Lead and manage the benefits enrolment process, including new hire onboarding and annual open enrolment, ensuring successful program delivery.Compensation Administration: Be a project team member for the Annual Year end for Merit, & Bonus, ensuring that the project has agreed audit timelines. Be the escalation point for PSC and Total Rewards to resolve any exemptions or issues within the process.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance
