Te incorporarías al equipo con compañeros Business Manager Senior y de la mano de ellos tendrás toda la formación y acompañamiento necesario para aprender todos los aspectos relacionados con la posición.
FUNCIONES QUE REALIZARÁS:
Estrategia de negocio y gestión de los clientes existentes. Atracción y fidelización de los clientes.
Responder a las necesidades de los clientes. Estarás en contacto estrecho con el equipo de selección de Capitole para responder a todas esas necesidades.
Gestión de los consultores de tu Unidad de Negocio.
Gestión económica de la Unidad de Negocio.
REQUISITOS:
Posibilidad de realizar convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios de mínimo 6 meses a partir de OCTUBRE de 2023.
No es necesario que tengas experiencia, pero si cuentas con conocimientos en el sector IT siempre es un plus.
Cuentas con nivel alto de Paquete Office.
Tiene buenas capacidades de organización, gestión del tiempo y trabajo en equipo.
Nivel alto de Español.
Dominio del Inglés, nivel alto y fluido. Mínimo B2.
Imprescindible residir en Madrid y/o alrededores.
