Job Description:

Checks and verifies accuracy of check vouchers as to validity of disbursement, complete set of documents attached and correct entry in ACC (Internal Accounting System) and GL (External Accounting System).

Monitors funds regularly to avoid overdraft charges and facilitate bank transfers and conversions.

Oversees all month-end and year-end recording including preparation and entry of journal entries for General Ledger computer systems.

Ensures that bookkeepers submit and comply with reportorial requirements to government agencies.

Facilitates preparation of all documents & schedules for examination in time for BIR audit and discusses findings with BIR auditors during examinations.

Qualifications:

Willing to work at Mandaue, Cebu.

College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy.

At least 3-5 years of working experience related to the field.

Solid background in Financial Reporting, Tax Reporting, and Government Reportorial Requirements.

Updated on BIR Rulings, International Accounting Standards & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
